Nadodigal is not great cinema, but enjoyable and a welcome change in these hard days. It is eminently watchable.

If only they’d taken up where the script lets off at the intermission, and made it tauter, racier, and with at least a sprinkling of logic.
Much ado about nothing.
The film has been etched from various Hollywood and Bollywood films; nevertheless it is fun especially the first half while it lasts.

Cast: Srikanth, Namitha, Hemamalini, Vivek![]()
Watchable, only by strict Namitha fans.
Indira Vizha is a crass act with crude scenes and smutty dialogues.
Watch it once for Namitha.
The show stealer of the film is clearly Namitha, who needs to shed more kilos before deciding to shed her clothes for more oomph. The actress is at her glamourous best, even if it is in the courtroom.
Cast:Vijayakanth, Ambika, Meena, Meera Jasmine, Ramesh Kanna ![]()
..Mariyadhai is so bad, that Captain is played down to the extent that the two heroines collectively aggregate more screen time than both his roles….
‘Mariyadhai’ is for ardent Vijayakanth fans.
An indication that Captain, will soon become the Chief Minister of the state. We dare not say anything more about this film!

Naalai Namadhe’ is a movie that begins with a purpose but eventually ends nowhere.
In brief it’s a film which leaves you thinking as you head home.

Had the second half had more of the cat and mouse game between Suryah and Rajeev, Newtonin Moonram Vidhi would have been more racy.
On the whole, it is an engaging thriller which will keep you glued to your sets.
Newtonin Moondraam Vidhi is the kind of movie for which the phrase ‘old wine in a new bottle’ was coined.

It is simple, straightforward and scintillating. Hats off Sasikumar and Pandiraj.
A small film with a very big heart. Watch it, because gems like these are hard to find.
With a loveable set of kids giving us an interesting peek into their lives, it is refreshingly fresh and fun fare.

The film has a certain message in the end. The directors deserves a pat for they have put it across well.
Meiporul may seem a bit slow in places but overall its worth a look among movies hitting the theatres this week.
Strong on plot but made with tacky production values, the film turns out to be a mixed bag.

Though Rajmohan has ensured that he deliver something out-of-the-box, the cliched climax and few predictable sequence mars the flow.
However something is missing in this film with its non-happening story and pace.
While the film’s plot and characters offer nothing new, the naturalness of the romance and the new cast do make the film stand apart a little from similar romances.
