On the whole the happenings in the film are extremely illogical, labored and utterly unconvincing. At best you can sit through the first half, post-interval it is torturous.
‘Kadhalil Vizhunthen’ is a movie that dwells on romance. It is a feel-good movie with strong portrayals.

If you’re sorely in need of a logical, yet feel-good romance flick with neat performances, this one’s your bet.
‘Raman Thediya Seethai’ is a film sans ‘masala’ and with a few negligible stunt sequences. Its success will definitely score a point in the right direction and probably might even encourage many other filmmakers to tread the path of Storytelling devoid of mindless stuff.
Cast: Nithin Sathya, Prakash Raj, Sindhu Thulani
On the whole, the film is like one of those 70′s action dramas that’s too loud and too contrived with a series of sloppy scenes slapped together without sense or logic.
It is watchable because of its racy script backed by Prakashraj’s brisk performance.

One really hopes that Krishnan makes a film with sense and sensibility in future.
‘M3V’ is a movie that is quite different and hopefully provides the encouragement to many others to come up with such innovative experiments. An entertainer all the way is ‘M3V’.
Commercial movie-lovers might not find this to their taste but if you’re a lover of fairly realistic cinema, capturing the life of an urban metrosexual’s life and times, then M3V is for you.

Cast: Krishna, Janani. Prakash Raj
On the whole Neelan definitely has the stuff in him, for a first timer his screenplay and narration is impressive, but towards the end goes overboard. Krishna has miles to go before he can be accepted as an action hero.
Finally it’s Prakash Raj’s felicity of expression and body language that linger long after you leave the hall. The rest is … passable.
The narration is engrossing as the suspicion needle falls on everyone until the climax. The debutant director has weaved the screenplay intelligently, but seems to be in a hurry with its execution.

Vijay has given us a fun film of the first order that is sweetly realistic.
Watch out for ‘Poi Solla Sorom’, produced by UTV and Four Frames, it is a movie for those who love comedy.

‘Dhanam’ is a bold venture by Siva. It is certainly a whiff of air from the rest of conventional commercial masala movies.
Shiva is bold to take such a subject, but his handling, slow pace and too many songs makes Dhanam excruciatingly laboured. Sangeetha does her best but the film is dark and depressing.

‘Saroja’ tickles the funny bone with tremendous technical brilliance and proves to be a roller coaster fun ride. Venkat Prabhu….one gets the feeling has come on the scene as a director to stay. His understanding of entertainment has all the potential to work wonders with Tamil Cinema audiences.
Saroja might be a bit slow-paced, as opposed to wannabe-whizzing movies but it’s logical, fun and actually makes sense. In fact the film rocks!
On the whole the film is fresh, funky and cool. Bravo, Venkat Prabhu.
He’s done it again. Go for Saroja rightaway, its hot-’n'-happening’.
