On the whole Veerappu, is a clean family entertainer with a nice message, worth a look.
It’s an unpretentious, fairly engaging entertainer, with a racy narrative style and not many lagging moments.
..and so the film, inspite of unimpressive casting, passes muster.

On the whole, Kireedam is an engaging entertainer which is so rare to find these days. Go for it!
Kireedam fits the mood of a rainy season with its quiet honesty and the poignant poetry that life writes daily.
..that is all that is needed to dilute the emotional core of the film and make it seem more like a retread of many other rowdy-themed Tamil films than the remake of a classic.

Yes, Aarya is one great film to enjoy and get entertained.
A crispy narration and logical sequences would have done a difference to the end product.
.. So its a surprise that Aarya, which is a mix of those 2 films in its setup, fails miserably to entertain us. The weak screenplay fails to hide the silliness in its basic premise and so the film fails to engage us.

Director Thirumalai deserves credit for coming up with a movie that is fairly engaging.
….the multiple tracks themselves prove to be the film’s undoing since they make the film seem aimless and none of them are strong enough to actually get the message across.
