It is a fairly well-made movie about lovers on the run and has some good sequences, especially after the lovers do go on the run. But with a non-charismatic, non-performing hero like Ramesh, it is difficult for us to connect with the lead pair and so the movie as a whole doesn’t work either.
The movie has loads of action and takes interesting twists and turns….On the flip side, Vincent Selvah should have avoided too many bloodshed and gory stunt sequences towards the climax.
Newcomer Saloni has given a notable performance. Vincent Selva has rightly made use of each actor’s talents. He should have avoided some of the action sequences to streamline the film.

Suryah’s irritating performance combined with lack of logic, abundant sleaze and artificial, misplaced sentiments make Vyaabaari a truly dreadful motion picture.
Sakthi Chidambaram and Suryah have come together to dish out an entertainer which would certainly appease front-benchers. Vyapari is money-spinner.

…His movies are essentially the same – shabbily-made films(aimed solely at his fans) where he plays a good-hearted crusader, getting rid of the bad elements in our society. Sabari, sadly, is one more addition to the list.
